I graduated from Arizona State University in 2017. The ER shaped my basis of understanding medicine through a western lens, where 5 years were spent dedicated to cultivating skills and growing as a trauma nurse. The healthcare system and the management of patient care in hospitals shifted my perspective and I eventually left bedside nursing. Two years ago I made a pivot into functional and Chinese/eastern medicine, where I learned to integrate mind, body, and spirit for greater healing. An immense passion for alternative modalities, bio-optimization, nutrition, hydration, and supplementation sparked. I now offer a dynamic understanding of the human body and a variety of tools and insight to bring you a more balanced mind, body, and spirit.

According to the NIH 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. On average, a person will end up paying $600 for a bag of saline in addition to an almost $200 fee for administration in the hospital. When we get dehydrated, our bodies look for water in other areas, including our joints, and redistribute it where it's needed. Taking water from your joints enables toxins to remain, which fuels pain and inflammation.
Hydration Fights Inflammation and joints, where water acts as a lubricant and helps clear out toxins. Intravenous (IV) infusions are a therapy that help support those striving to improve overall health, wellness, and vitality through the administration of a variety of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants directly into the bloodstream.
These infusions help to promote hydration, improve cellular regeneration, boost energy, improve immunity, and aide the body in detoxification. Micro-nutrient deficiency has become more prevalent as nutrient depleted foods and lifestyle choices leave many of us lacking essential vitamins and minerals ranging from Vitamin B6, Niacin, Copper, Selenium, and Vitamins A, C, D, and E. There is belief that these deficiencies may be contributing to the rising levels of chronic disease. However, we know that the depletion of these essential nutrients impacts our body in a big way.
IV delivery provides greater absorption and bio-availability of vitamins and nutrients as this route of administration bypasses the GI tract. This allows the gut to rest while providing the body with essential vitamins and nutrients it needs to function optimally. Chances are, if you suffer from poor gut motility and absorption, your body is not getting the nutrients it needs. If you are experiencing brain fog, fatigue, leaky gut, heavy metal toxicity, mold, or candida infusions are a great way to detox the body and support overall wellness.
I offer a range of IV therapies and vitamins that support the body with detoxification, cellular repair, supplementation, and cellular regeneration. Vitamin infusions help with: brain support, recovery, dehydration, energy, fatigue, cellular metabolism, cold/flu, migraines, morning sickness, etc.

Vitamin Overview
Vitamin C: Vitamin C is an antioxidant and helps prevent damage to cells caused by free radicals. It also works with enzymes to play a key role in making collagen.
Zinc: Zinc is considered an essential nutrient, which means you must get it through diet because your body doesn’t produce or store it. Zinc is essential for numerous processes in our bodies, including immune function, protein synthesis, wound healing, enzymatic reactions, gene expression, DNA synthesis and growth and development.
Glutathione: Often referred to as the “master” antioxidant because of its capacity to enhance the utilization and recycling of other antioxidants, glutathione (GSH) is a small protein found in virtually all cells. This peptide, found in plants and animals, is produced by the liver to protect the body against free radicals, peroxides, and heavy metals. Its primary functions within the body include supporting the immune system, providing antioxidant protection, and removing toxins. Low levels of glutathione have been linked to higher risk of Type 2 diabetes, hepatitis, Parkinson’s disease, and higher risks of cancer.
Methionine: Methionine is considered an “essential” amino acid as it cannot be made by the body and must be obtained from diet. Required for normal growth and repair of body tissues it is an amino acid that helps to improve the tone and elasticity of the skin, promote healthy hair, and strengthen the nails. Methionine can help slow the aging process, protect cells from pollutants, aid in detoxification, prevent excess fat buildup in the liver and help lower cholesterol production.
Inositol: Inositol is a type of sugar molecule that affects hormones associated with mood and cognition, in addition to influencing insulin response. It also exhibits antioxidant properties and fights free radical damage in the brain, circulatory system, and other body tissues.
Choline: Choline is an essential nutrient provided through diet. It plays a vital role in the formation of cell membranes and aids in communication between neurons. Choline may help improve memory and cognition and reduce risk of ischemic stroke. This important nutrient has also been shown to reduce the risk of preeclampsia and congenital irregularities. A deficiency in choline has been linked to muscle and liver disease and contributing to dementia and cardiovascular disease.
Thiamine: Thiamine, also known as vitamin B1, helps our bodies turn food into energy. It is an essential nutrient that all tissues of the body need to function properly. Thiamine is used to help make adenosine triphosphate (ATP), a molecule that transports energy within our cells.
Dexpanthenol: Dexpanthenol is derived from pantothenic acid and a provitamin of vitamin B5. Its uses including helping with wound healing and recovery post-surgery, in addition it helps to strengthen scar tissue.
L-Carnitine: L-carnitine is a nutrient and dietary supplement that plays a vital role in energy production by transporting fatty acids into your cells’ mitochondria. The mitochondria act as engines within your cells, burning these fats to create usable energy. Carnitine is made by the liver and kidneys and stored in skeletal muscles, heart, brain, and sperm. L-carnitine may benefit a varied number of conditions including, heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, diabetic neuropathy, weight loss, kidney disease, and male infertility, and hyperthyroidism.
Taurine: Taurine is an amino acid with so many benefits. These benefits include possible improvement in physical functioning, decrease in cardiac risk factors, calming the nervous system, and improving metabolic syndrome.
B12: Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps keep your body’s blood and nerve cells healthy and helps make DNA, the genetic material in all your cells. Vitamin B12 also helps prevent megaloblastic anemia, a blood condition that makes people tired and weak. Vitamin B12 is essential for proper energy production and metabolism, immune support, cognitive function, sleep and healthy skin and nails.
L-Lysine: Lysine is considered an “essential” amino acid, which means the body cannot make it and people need to obtain from food. Lysine benefits include improvement of cold sores, reducing blood pressure and preventing symptoms of lysine deficiency. Some of Lysine’s possible benefits also include, promotion of collagen growth, helping produce enzymes, antibodies, and hormones, helping the body absorb calcium, iron, and zinc, and supporting the immune system.
NAD+: NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell in your body and involved in hundreds of metabolic processes. Supplementation has shown benefits improving sleep, memory, and focus boosting metabolism and decreasing cellular aging. As NAD+ levels decline, mitochondrial function becomes impaired leading to fewer mitochondria surviving. This cycle of mitochondrial depletion results in many of the physical symptoms of aging.
