I graduated from Arizona State University in 2017. The ER shaped my basis of understanding medicine through a western lens, where 5 years were spent dedicated to cultivating skills and growing as a trauma nurse.

The healthcare system and the management of patient care in hospitals really shifted my perspective and I eventually left bedside nursing (2022) to pursue a more fulfilling path.

I spent 2 years working in the realm of Chinese and eastern medicine, where I learned to integrate mind, body, and spirit for greater healing.

An immense passion for alternative modalities, bio-optimization, nutrition, hydration, and supplementation sparked.

The use of Kambo differs amongst tribes but the main indigenous uses revolve around lifting panema, an indigenous name for dark or negative energy (bad luck). It is said that when ‘panema’ is warded away, the path to overcoming obstacles is revealed and life flows more naturally. It was also commonly used for Hunting Magic – they believe it increases their speed and energy during hunting and that it makes the hunter invisible by temporarily eliminating their human odor. They can run faster, longer and eat and sleep less for a period of time.
